This will involve several different steps for the team, including:
- Programming "sales packages" into Hubspot.
- Building out products in Hubspot.
- Better managing the sales process such as pipelines, etc.
- Better tracking sales performance of the organization within Hubspot.
- Create training manual with best practices.
- Provide training to our staff.
Programming "Sales Packages" into HubSpot:
- Understand the existing sales packages and their components.
- Program and integrate these sales packages into HubSpot using custom fields, workflows, and automation.
- Test the functionality to ensure accurate implementation and seamless integration.
Building Out Products in HubSpot:
- Catalog and input all products into HubSpot’s product library.
- Ensure that product details, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and comprehensive.
- Set up any necessary product-related automations or associations with other HubSpot tools.
Managing the Sales Process (Pipelines, etc.):
- Analyze the current sales process and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and configure sales pipelines within HubSpot to reflect the optimized sales process.
- Develop and implement automation rules to streamline the sales workflow.
Tracking Sales Performance:
- Set up and customize sales dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Implement tracking mechanisms for individual and team performance against sales targets.
- Regularly review and adjust the tracking methods to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Creating a Training Manual with Best Practices:
- Document all processes and configurations made within HubSpot.
- Develop a comprehensive training manual detailing best practices for using the optimized HubSpot functions.
- Include step-by-step guides, screenshots, and troubleshooting tips.
Providing Training to Staff:
- Organize and conduct training sessions for staff members.
- Demonstrate the new features and processes implemented in HubSpot.
- Address any questions or concerns from staff and provide ongoing support as needed.
Final deliverables should include:
- Documentation of the programmed "sales packages" and built-out products in Hubspot.
- A report on the improved sales process management and sales performance tracking within Hubspot.
