GigEfx Laboratories is seeking to enhance the documentation for its innovative AI-enabled app, HBC, which connects terminally ill patients, senior citizens, and children needing care with vetted home care professionals. The app offers a unique feature that allows users to anticipate future care needs by pre-purchasing services across various tiers, including an emergency function. The goal of this project is to develop comprehensive ancillary documentation using low code or no code tools. This documentation will include a detailed business strategy, as well as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), UI/UX designs, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) diagrams. By providing clear and structured documentation, the project aims to facilitate better understanding and implementation of the app's features, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient service delivery.

The project deliverables will include a set of comprehensive documents that support the HBC app's development and deployment. These will consist of a well-defined business strategy document, UI/UX design mockups, BPMN diagrams outlining the app's processes, and DMN diagrams for decision-making processes. The documentation will be created using low code or no code tools, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for future updates and iterations.
