Sharon is an igniter of brilliant superpowers that unleash innovative thinking, helping people tackle wicked problems and live fun and fulfilling lives at work and at home. She does this by helping build awareness of the survival brain triggers that typically take away the power of choice in our lives. Once we know how it works, we can choose new approaches to the changes we face through the years.
When people have the Power of Choice, Sharon then helps them empower themselves and others to use their Super Powers in new ways to achieve impossible results by creating collaborative cultures on purpose. Working in the flow of creative energy, cultures that are balanced in home and working lives, breaking through barriers and successfully completing the journey of Going 4 Value that consciously moves us all from dreams to reality.

Retreat Launch Strategy (currently named: SoulPrint Pathway): Inspiring Lives of Meaning
Going 4 Values is seeking a comprehensive service-as-a-product launch plan for their new retreat series. The project involves developing a strategic plan to promote and gain paid sign-ups for an introductory virtual mini-retreat series during the Winter, followed by an in-person retreat at Banff National Park next year (with the potential for many in-person retreats and follow-up one on one and group coaching/guidance for participants). The retreats aim to inspire participants to embark on their own Life of Meaning projects by leveraging the transformative power of nature. The project requires conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify target demographics and effective marketing strategies. The ultimate goal is to create a compelling narrative that encourages participation and fosters a community of individuals dedicated to personal growth and purpose-driven living.

Inspiring Life Journeys: Brand and Strategy Development
The project aims to create a cohesive brand identity and marketing strategy for "You're Not a NAIL, the 7 Life Practices that Kill Inspiration," a life's journey learning program delivered monthly by subscription. The program consists of short lesson booklets designed to inspire and guide individuals in making purposeful life choices. The project will also integrate the "Game of Choice" cards, which are tools to help users transition from reactive to responsive decision-making. The goal is to develop a compelling brand that resonates with the target audience, ensuring the program's successful launch and ongoing engagement. The project will involve designing visual elements, crafting a marketing strategy, and creating promotional materials that align with the program's objectives.
